Founder, PACENOTE

Tobin Leigh, a former professional esports player, is the innovative founder of PACENOTE, a one-stop solution for brands to create their own esports teams. Previously, as the Team Manager of McLaren Shadow, Tobin led the team to win the F1 Esports title. He was also instrumental in building Quadrant, F1 driver Lando Norris' gaming and content brand.

Tobin initially aimed for a career in “real-life” motorsport, but it was not viable due to the high costs associated with the motorsport industry. He found his niche online however and became one of the most recognised players in racing esports.

After realizing the potential of Esports and the power it has in influencing a younger generation, Tobin is now setting out to provide an easy solution for any brand looking to activate in Esports, through his business, PACENOTE.

Tobin is also a game adviser for the British Esports Association, a not-for-profit set up to promote and support grassroots esports in the UK. Game advisers provide input and expertise to the association to help them support and understand each community effectively, and to keep abreast of changes in the grassroots/wider scene across multiple games.
