Chief People Officer, Student Beans

Jenny joined Student Beans as Chief People Officer in 2021 and is hugely passionate about its purpose of “Empowering Students to Thrive”. She is responsible for all things people, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Employee Performance and Employee Development. She recently spearheaded the implementation of Student Beans’ very own University with over 70 aspiring and current Student Beans leaders taking part in bespoke development programmes which also have the potential to lead to recognised qualifications through to Masters level!

Prior to Student Beans, her career has focussed on People and Talent roles in start-up, scaling and transforming organisations, including Just Eat for Business and Trussle. She has also worked in teaching and is mum to three demanding Gen Zers herself!
