As Director of Brand and Marketing at The Prince’s Trust, Sylvia leads on outreach to young people and supporters for the UK’s leading youth charity. The courses offered by The Prince’s Trust help young people to develop essential life skills, get ready for work and access job opportunities. The Trust supports them to find work because having a job or running a business can lead to a more stable, fulfilling life.

Sylvia’s background is in brand strategy, innovation and marketing across commercial and charity brands. Her career began marketing consumer goods, as a brand consultant, and in global brand management roles for Diageo and Glenfiddich Whisky. Her third sector roles include Head of UK Innovation for Comic Relief, Director of the Young People Innovation Programme at Nesta, and Head of Marketing at Alzheimer’s Society, where she led their 'Cure the Care System' campaign.
