Matt Horne is the Head of Digital Media at Newcastle University, leading on paid, organic and creative strategies in the higher education sector. Having worked in digital marketing for over 10 years he’s had work showcased by Snapchat and TikTok, been nominated for a European podcast award, and live streamed to over 1,000,000 people (not all at the same time).

Outside of marketing Matt’s other achievements include being a festival compare, co-presenting a weekend breakfast show on national radio, going viral wearing a sauna suit, ranking 6th in the world on Guitar Hero and creating two children.
