Izzie is passionate about creating access to opportunity for young people from diverse and challenging backgrounds and this stems from a life time of volunteering alongside, school, life and work. Most recently she has worked with young people from a Pupil Referral Unit in North London and loved this. Izzie leads Early Talent at Avanade, a Microsoft, Accenture tech consultancy. She is also Founder of FLAARE CIC- a social enterprise bringing brands, and community together to inspire young people to develop entrepreneurial skills and networks. Happiest, when with friends and family and outside in nature, running, riding, hiking, or rolling around on a yoga mat- preferably in the sun!
