Milimo, better known as Mils, took a very unconventional route into the world of employer brand marketing. Having dropped out of university at the age of 24 he decided to dedicate his time to helping young people prepare for the working world.

In 2019 TapIn was born and since then has become the leading Gen Z employer branding agency specialising in creating social media campaigns to help employers attract, engage, and hire the best Gen Z talent. They are now on a wider mission to prepare 100 million young people for the world of work.

In the past few years, TapIn has built large communities across social media, providing vital careers information to many of thousands of young people across the UK.

UBS, EY, Lidl, and the Royal Air Force are just some of the many companies they have worked with helping them to attracting and hire the next generation workforce. Having been described as “disrupters” of the early careers space, they’re making a positive impact on the lives of many young people across the globe.
