Alika Lee is a solicitor apprentice at Leigh Day. She has been highly commended for the BAME apprenticeship award, is an ambassador for Not Going To Uni and runs an amazing online platform called Apprenticeish providing tips and content for those who are looking to start apprenticeships! Alika has travelled across London speaking at different schools giving insight as to how apprenticeships work and sharing her experiences - having done a level 3 apprenticeship and now undertaking a degree apprenticeship. Her tips and her experiences have inspired many to explore the world of apprenticeships!
