Jazmin Sawyers

Olympic athlete, commentator & presenter

Jazmin Sawyers is an Olympic athlete, commentator and presenter from Great Britain. She started her sporting career as a gymnast, and moved on to compete internationally in the heptathlon and bobsleigh as a teenager before settling on long jump as her primary discipline. Following her European indoor gold in 2023, she was training for her third Olympics when she suffered an achilles rupture, ruling her out of the games. She is now in recovery, training to make a comeback to international sport in 2025, and in the meantime leaning into her non sporting interests in broadcasting.

Jazz was one of the first adidas athletes to feature on JAAQ, where she shared her experiences of periods in sport, and how being a competitive athlete affects her mental health.
