Steph is co­-founder of Incredibly, a communications agency. She started her marketing career as a freelance social media writer for B2B brands whilst studying for a masters. Tiring quickly of being called a ‘guru’ and working all the hours in the world, she set to creating a business that could take on the challenges of community management efficiently and effectively. Incredibly Communications was the result. Today she’s mostly found working with her team to ensure clients reach their commercial goals through digital.

DARIA ALEXANDROVNA TAYLOR

Daria is driven by youth engagement, millennial marketing and the work brands need to do to grab the attention of young people. After setting up her own consultancy working with FTSE 500 companies on tackling the millennial questions, she joined Incredibly as Managing Director, designing the communications agency’s digital strategy and digital transformation service which now works with businesses from startups to global organisations on building effective, and creative, communications strategies.

Ruth Marshall-Johnson

Ruth Marshall-Johnson is a cultural researcher, speaker and mentor specialising in identifying and explaining the relationship between cultural development and consumer behaviour for brands and organisations including Swarovski, Dreamworks, Coca-Cola and BMW. Ruth is also guest lecturer at Central Saint Martins, the University of Westminster and London College of Communication and on the influence and context of cultural trends she speaks at global press and industry events.

RACHEL ARTHUR

Rachel Arthur is an award‐winning business journalist specialising in fashion and technology. You’ve probably seen her in Forbes, The International New York Times, The Daily Telegraph, Wired and The Business of Fashion, as well as her own tech‐focused news site, fashionandmash.com. She is a consultant on digital strategy and innovation to leading retail and luxury brands, and a mentor to start‐ups on the likes of John Lewis’ JLAB accelerator programme.

Olly Rzysko

Olly has worked in retail for 13 years starting his career on the sales floor as a trainee manager and now heads up digital comms at Primark. He has spent 7 years working in Buying developing an in depth understanding of the product cycle, trends and customer behaviour. His role at Primark covers the ever evolving Primark.com, the UGC platform Primania and also the group’s social channels that now have a following of over 7 million fans.

Michael Litman

Michael Litman is currently CEO of Burst Insights, UK based short­form video intelligence company. Previously founder of Brandsonvine (2013), KingCube (2002) & former PR & advertising strategist, he has worked for the leading communications agencies in the country including Poke, Dare and AnalogFolk providing social strategy for clients like Sony, Premier Inn & EY. Recognised as one of the top entrepreneurs in the UK by CityAM & amongst the '30 Most Creative Advertising People Under 30' by Business Insider.

Liz Cheesbrough

Liz is a youth culture specialist and Associate Director at trends and insight agency SCB Partners, where she arms brands like Coca­Cola and Universal Music with the knowledge they need to prepare for the future. In 2015 she launched ice cream ­ a boutique video agency that tackles especially tricky topics and taps into leading edge influencers in London ­ and for fun she works with Global Drug Survey to map how the world is getting high.

David Mattin

David Mattin leads TrendWatching's global team of analysts in trend thinking across free and Premium. David’s journalism has appeared in basically every UK broadsheet newspaper you can think of. He is also an accomplished keynote speaker who brings trends to life in inspirational talks and workshop sessions, most recently The Next Web 2015, The NEXT conference Hamburg and Advertising Week. He is also the co­author of Trend­Driven Innovation, published by Wiley in October 2015.

Helen Job

Helen is Head of Cultural Futures at Flamingo. She has worked in trend forecasting and research for over a decade, previously leading the youth culture teams for WGSN in New York and London. Helen has produced strategic insights and fresh solutions based on macro thinking for a wide variety  of  brands including  Nike, Levi’s  and  MTV.  Helen conceptualised  the  Global  Trend Forecasting Curriculum for Parsons School of Design, in New York and is adjunct faculty for the University of Westminster in London.

SHANU-WALPITA

Shanu Walpita is a trend forecaster, editor and consultant, specialised in dissecting global youth mindsets. From burgeoning subcultures, to future influencers, she’s traveled the world to uncover fresh talent, report from industry events, and foretell micro / macro trends for everyone from retail brands to record labels. She spent 7+ years building her profile as an authority on Millennial and Gen Z consumer narratives at global trend authority WGSN, as their Youth Editor. Over the years she has provided their huge roster of clients with future insight - both concept and product.
