Michelle is Head of Digital at Benefit Cosmetics, the UK’s number one premium makeup brand. Known for its risk-forward, playful attitude, the brand has continued to go from strength to strength in the five years Michelle has been with the brand. From boats to bars to paintball fights, nothing is off limits for the cosmetics giant, and they’ve paved the way when it comes to changing how the beauty industry works.
Michelle oversees everything from social to content to the brand’s loyalty scheme as part of her current role, and has been instrumental in building the brand’s social following, improving ROI on digital advertising and developing an industry leading content strategy.
Before joining Benefit, Michelle worked agency side with brands such as Sweaty Betty, Sodastream and Nakd Foods.
