Kirsty has been working at Oxford Brookes University for 7 years, both in academic faculty roles and within the central marketing function. Previous to this she spent a number of years in customer service roles across motor retail and hospitality.
Kirsty now works to implement Customer Experience Strategy across Oxford Brookes, embedding exceptional customer and user experience, as a powerful point of difference - and in an increasingly competitive and challenging market. As Brookes undertakes massive and transformational change this year, Kirsty is working right across the university functions to bring the voice of the customer to all operations.
