Only 16% of autistic adults in the UK are in full-time paid employment, and only 32% are in some kind of paid work.

However, autistic people can offer a business, any business, so much in terms of focus, diligence, loyalty and specific skills as well as enhancing a working culture through different and innovative thinking and challenging norms and conventions.
