Anne-Lise Johnsen Robb, Senior Manager – Youth Marketing, Chelsea Football Club

Anne-Lise holds the role of Senior Manager – Youth Marketing at Chelsea Football Club, where she has created and is currently implementing the Club’s first global youth marketing strategy to engage further with young fans across priority markets. She focuses on content creation, digital, fun partnerships, social, experiential and leveraging the Club’s mascots to engage with a young audience.

Previously she has lead the youth strategy at Arsenal FC and worked for the Milkround brand – a leading graduate recruitment website. Anne-Lise is passionate about youth and understanding what triggers them. She enjoys working with kids, teens and young adults in her job and also volunteers in her spare time.

Anne-Lise won the Marketing Society’s Young Marketing Leader award in 2016, an alumni of the recognised Brand Learning Marketing Leaders programme and a Marketing Academy alumni. You can follow her journey on & on social on @ajrobb86
