Claire Matthews

Claire is responsible for ‘Brewing a Better World’ in the UK – HEINEKEN’s long-term approach to creating shared, sustainable value. In delivering commitments to advocate responsible consumption and grow with communities, Claire works with partners including alcohol addiction charity Addaction to find targeted approaches to tackle alcohol misuse and drives initiatives that promotes moderation amongst colleagues, consumers and customers. Sharing the magic of orchards with people across the country, she established Helping Britain Blossom in partnership with The Orchard Project to bring green spaces, new skills and create social cohesion in over 150 communities to date. In 2016, Claire launched HEINEKEN’s partnership with Neighbourly to better connect the company’s colleagues and pubs to local causes for greater impact.
