Holly lived in Australia and America, where she worked for top brands including Starwood. Holly graduated from Oxford Brookes University, the UK’s No.1 Hospitality school and went on to complete a graduate scheme with D&D London as part of the opening management team for German Gymnasium, Kings Cross. Holly is now operational director at Grub Club, enabling her to focus her career towards her passions of food and tech. Grub Club are about to launch their exciting Private Dining platform in November 2017.
