Millennials are increasingly entering the workplace. In four years they will make up over a third of the global workforce. Raised in different times and in a different way, Millennials clearly differ from previous generations in both their attitude and approach towards work. It is critical to understand how to attract and retain Millennial talent and learn how to capitalise on Millennials’ talent and maximise their impact on business performance.
